If the respondent gave the method start date as before her last birth, the months usage is calculated as the number of months since her last birth. Otherwise, it is calculated as V008 - V317 (date of interview minus the CMC method start date).

If using the Model A questionnaire (i.e., there is a calendar) and V337 >= the length of the calendar, then V337 is set to 95. If using the Model B questionnaire (i.e., there is no calendar) and V337 > 96, then V337 is set to 96.
