Imputation and Derivation
Derivation
Hard-coded in the program based on the number of columns used in the calendar at the back of the woman's questionnaire. For DHS-IV, the default is 5 for Model A countries (i.e., those with high levels of contraceptive use) and 1 for Model B countries (i.e., those with low levels of contraceptive use).
