Begin in the month of interview and continue with all preceding months back to Jan. 1985. (If woman lived in more than one comm. since Jan 1985): Enter (in col. 7 of calendar) 'X' in the month and year of the move, and in the subsequent months enter the appropriate code for type of community ('1' city, '2' town, '3' countryside).
