Imputation and Derivation

Derivation

If the response to the first Literal Question is no, then M5=94 (never breastfed); if the child is still alive then the second Literal Question is asked; if the response is yes then M5=V008-B3 (the diff. between the date of interview and the child's date of birth). If the response was no, then the third Literal Question is asked. M5 is further adjusted if any flag conditions are met.
