This report presents the findings of the 2007-08 Rwanda Interim Demographic and Health Survey (RIDHS),carried out from December 15, 2007 to April 29, 2008 by the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda.Technical assistance was provided by ICF Macro as part of the Demographic and Health Surveys project(MEASURE DHS). Funding for the RIDHS was provided by the Government of Rwanda, USAID, the GlobalFund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, UNDP, European Commission, and DFID through the Basket Fund of the NISR.
